Oza Bouchard, Dallas E. Felder and Christine Braunger bring a history of close collaboration in securing and executing major award-winning commissions for higher education, corporate-commercial, and institutional clients worldwide.

(HOUSTON – Jan 11, 2012) Arnold A. Cohen, P.E., joins Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as director of strategic implementation and senior project manager. Cohen will be responsible for leading LAN’s strategic initiatives, providing quality control oversight, training staff and growing the firm’s national client base.

Cohen has more than 30 years of engineering and strategic development experience. Previously, he served CP&Y, Inc., a 175-person civil engineering consulting firm, in several senior leadership roles including president and board director, operations manager and bridge design department manager. During his time with the firm, he directed its overall organizational development, led the operational arm of one the largest transportation practices in Texas, developed a robust project management program focused on improved performance, and created a bridge design practice.
